ROYAL BELUGA

Royal Beluga is our black caviar for connoisseurs – Huso Huso is the largest of the sturgeon family. It can weigh up to a ton but normally weighs around 100 – 250 kg. A fully-grown beluga sturgeon gives around 30 kg caviar. The colour of the Beluga Caviar ranges from light to dark steel grey. Grain size is 3,2 mm.
